• EB1:

• EB1 China remains at 01/01/2023

• EB1 India moves forward 66 days from at 02/08/2022 to 04/15/2022.

• All other EB1 remains current.

• EB2:

• EB2 China moves forward 4 months from 06/01/2020 to 10/01/2020.

• EB2 India moves forward 163 days from 07/22/2012 to 08/01/2013.

• EB2 Mexico moves forward 132 days from 03/22/2023 to 08/01/2023.

• EB2 Philippines moves forward 132 days from 03/22/2023 to 08/01/2023.

• All other EB2 moves forward 132 days from 03/22/2023 to 08/01/2023.

• EB3:

• EB3 China retrogresses 228 days from 07/01/2021 to 11/15/2020.

• EB3 India moves forward 219 days from 11/01/2012 to 06/08/2013.

• All other EB3 moves forward 1 month from 02/01/2023 to 03/01/2013.

• EB5:

• EB5 China (Unreserved C5, T5, I5, R5) retrogresses 92 days  from 01/01/2017 to 10/01/2016.

• EB5 India remains at 04/01/2022.

• All EB5 (Set Aside Rural – 20%) remain current.

• All EB5 (Set Aside High Unemployment – 10%) remains current.

• All EB5 (Set Aside Infrastructure – 2%) remain current.
